Entrepreneurial, creative, passionate

Kino is currently pursuing a Master of Science Degree specialising in Real Estate. He also holds both an Undergraduate Bachelor’s Degree as well as an Honours Degree in Finance.

He works within the investment industry at an international Asset Manager, with clients located worldwide. He previously held positions at a leading South African investment service provider, which focuses on providing a wide range of cost-effective outsourced investment management solutions to some of the major Asset Management firms.

Throughout his career Kino held various roles which covered from, amongst other things, valuations of investment portfolios to the analysis of data integrity within investment portfolios worth many billions of rands.

In addition to this, Kino’s entrepreneurial knack, creativity, passion for problem solving and assisting others, is demonstrated by helping home buyers build new homes. He assists by purchasing land, liaises directly with the Architect, HOA, Contractor, etc. before and during the construction phase, which alleviates the stress and burden of building a new home for a buyer. This process, before any financial outlay from the buyer, grants them the opportunity to focus on interior design and decorations, so that the house becomes a home in which they could create new and lasting memories. Kino also assists clients who require a temporary home and who does not want to deal with the burden and stress of purchasing or building a home.
